How do you find The Gap? Well, there's no one right answer, really, but solutions that put public libraries closer to biggr groups of people and that show those people that the library has similar interests or can help them with their interests are probably the ones that will have the best successes at attracting more people to the library, it's buildings, and its programs. The more public libraries go looking in the "wrong" places for their users, the more likely they are to find all those users they think should be at the library.
